Cook, Serve, Delicious! 2!! has been delayed to September 13th so the developers can allocate more time to polish the game.

Lead developer David Galindo had this to say on the subject:

While the common trend in game development these days is to release first and fix later, I feel like that would do a huge disservice to all the fans that have been waiting so patiently since I first announced Cook, Serve, Delicious! 2!! back in 2015. The last thing I want is to have a rushed, buggy launch, and that’s exactly what would happen if I kept to the original deadline.

The highly anticipated sequel to the 2013 surprise hit was originally scheduled for an August 24th launch, so players won’t have to wait much longer to get their hands on it.

PAX West 2017 attendees will be able to check out Cook, Serve, Delicious! 2!! earlier if they head over to Room 208 during convention times.
