Blizzard has just unleashed a veritable volley of information regarding Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred‘s launch, including release times for different regions and preload information for both consoles and PC.
The highly anticipated expansion goes live on October 7th at 4 p.m. PDT (we’ve included a handy image showing what that translates to in many other regions below, courtesy of Blizzard). Fans who wish to preload the new content on Battle.net can do so later today, September 30th, at 4 p.m. PDT. Consoles will get their preload on October 5, at 4 p.m. PDT, and I regret to report that Steam users won’t have a chance to pre-download, and will have to download the update on launch day.
It’s important to know that whether you’ve purchased Vessel of Hatred or not, this download will still have to take place anyway, as the whole game is getting a pretty comprehensive facelift, with a level squish (from 100 to 60), a Paragon system rework, and a new itemization update that builds upon the Season of Loot Reborn update to create less clutter for players to sift through.
