CD Projekt RED has just released GWENT: The Witcher Card Game on Steam, complete with full crossplay/progression with other platforms.
Players who own Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales on Steam will now be able to earn rewards as they progress through the campaign. If you played the game before GWENT was released on Steam, you’ll still get these rewards as long as your Thronebreaker playthrough was done in online mode (since CD Projekt RED needs to check entitlements). If you haven’t (and don’t own the game), Thronebreaker is currently 50% off on Steam (and it’s definitely worth the asking price). GWENT is still free to play, as expected.
