I’ve got some bad news for survival game fans today, as developers Donkey Crew revealed today that their nomadic MMO Last Oasis will not get an Early Access release next month, instead shipping during the first quarter of 2020.

Here’s what Florian “chadz” Hofreither (Donkey Crew‘s Project Lead) had to say regarding the delay of the Early Access release:

At launch, we want the experience to stand out from other Survival games. That means taking more time to refine the gameplay and add more content. We’ve decided to continue improving the game alongside out community into 2020 to ensure Last Oasis reaches its full potential.

As you can see, it’s not all bad news, as the development team will now have more time to improve the game.
