Now this is the kind of news you don’t see every day. Kitty Calis, Jan Willem Nijman, Jukio Kallio and Dominik Johann decided that just making Minit wasn’t enough, and they’ve made a little racing game with the same idea, but one key twist: all proceeds from sales go to charity… forever. Every single cent the team would normally make goes to charity. Devolver Digital is publishing the game, and they’ve also agreed to donate all of their proceeds from it to charity, so you know what to do.
Minit Fun Racer is available now on Steam and itch.io, and it comes in three different tiers: US$2.99, US$9.99 and US$19.99 (on itch.io you can choose to donate more if you want)
Buckle up: Minit Fun Racer is a peculiar little racing game with 100% of developer and Devolver’s proceeds going directly to charity. Forever.
Hop on your scooter into the twisting traffic of the bustling city and the debris covered sands of the barren desert just in time to watch the sunset. Befriend your local shopkeeper, chase coins, hit big jumps, and accomplish fun goals along each lap until you’ve seen it all!
Minit Fun Racer is a collaboration between Kitty Calis, Jan Willem Nijman, Jukio Kallio & Dominik Johann.
