I’ve been riding the hype train for Star Wars: Squadrons pretty much since the second it was officially unveiled, and this new trailer showcasing the game’s single-player campaign has only strengthened my belief in Motive Studios‘ ability to deliver a kick-ass Star Wars piloting experience.

So, what do you think? Will Squadrons be a worthy successor to the X-Wing series? I can’t help but share in the developers’ excitement for the game they are crafting, but maybe I’m too far gone down the hype train rabbit hole. Hopefully the October 2nd release date will hold, though this year hasn’t been exactly kind when it comes to delays, thanks to the ongoing Covid-19 worldwide pandemic.
