NieR: Automata, the Platinum Games sequel to the Japanese cult action RPG NieR, has been announced for PC during an IGN stream.

This is the first “big” PC announcement coming from Gamescom, and here at Gaming on PC we couldn’t be more happy about this news. NieR was a highly underrated game, and its sequel coming to PC marks a really good moment for PC gamers, showing that our platform is THE place to be right now.

The game will be released on PC at the same time as the PS4 version, and so far the release window is early 2017.
