According to a leaked trailer, Persona 5 Strikers will hit PC (Steam) on February 23, 2021. The game will also launch on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on the same date.

This is not the main Persona 5 game, but a spin-off musou, developed by Omega Force and P-Studio. The story is set after the events of Persona 5, so it’s a shame that we didn’t get the main game before Strikers launched (though I’ll take what I can get, as I love this kind of title).
