Shining Resonance Refrain Coming to PC This Year

Sega revealed today that Shining Resonance will get a remastered edition on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch later this year.

Originally released for PlayStation 3 in 2014, Shining Resonance was a Japan-exclusive game and it didn’t feature an English translation. Thankfully, the new remaster (titled Shining Resonance Refrain) will not only be out for PC, but also come with an all-new English localization (fans who wish to experience the Japanese dub will be able to do so, as Sega has chosen to ship the game with dual audio support). As usual with quality remasters, this new edition will also add prettier graphics, all the DLC released for the original game, two new party members and a “What-if” scenario that changes the way the story unfolds.

JRPG fans who wish to take a peek at the remaster should tune in to Sega’s official Twitch channel this friday at noon PST.
