Techland, known for their highly successful open world zombie action games (Dead Island series and Dying Light) has announced that they are working with a new indie developer (Ice Flames) on a new entry in the farming simulation genre.

Their new game, appropriately titled Pure Farming 17: The Simulator, will premiere at Gamescom 2016 and will attempt to bring a complete and realistic farming experience to the gaming world, according to Techland‘s marketing blurb.

No screenshots have been provided so far, but here’s a teaser trailer to whet aspiring farmers’ appetite.
