Wasteland 3 was announced last week, and a Fig crowdfunding campaign went up on October 5. Fast forward to October 8, and the game has been fully funded, with normal backers providing US$ 628.000, and investors bringing in an additional US$ 2.12 million.
Gamers looking forward to Wasteland 3 can still pledge, of course. The campaign has several stretch goals and backing the game on Fig is a good way to save money on the full release. Since the game has already been funded, inXile has added a PayPal option as well.
A US$ 33 pledge gives players access to both the game’s full release (slated for Q4 2019) and its Early Access version.
